ELEV802 is lifestyle specific training. In order to become a well-rounded athlete, we need to create a balanced, mobile, strong and powerful foundation. We take into account each client’s everyday life and routines, not just what sport they play or want to get better at. Everything we do each day as humans has an impact on how we move, how we feel and most importantly how we perform.

We will use a comprehensive movement screen to identify goals, injury history and current movement patterns in order to customize a program that will work for each client’s specific needs. Every person is different, as has come from different backgrounds with different goals, It is this that separates ELEV802 from the rest.
