PERSONAL TRAINING

ELEV802 is striving to help individuals live a healthier lifestyle through personal training. We specialize in life-changing fitness programs individualized to a person’s goals and needs, which gives people the freedom to live a life full of energy. Our team of personal trainers’ cares deeply about everyone and are invested to see transformation in each of their client’s bodies, as well as their lives.

PHILOSOPHY

ELEV802 is lifestyle specific training. In order to become a well-rounded athlete, we need to create a balanced, mobile, strong and powerful foundation. We take into account each client’s everyday life and routines, not just what sport they play or want to get better at. Everything we do each day as humans has an impact on how we move, how we feel and most importantly how we perform.

We will use a comprehensive movement screen to identify goals, injury history and current movement patterns in order to customize a program that will work for each client’s specific needs. Every person is different, as has come from different backgrounds with different goals, It is this that separates ELEV802 from the rest.

ONE-ON-ONE PERSONAL TRAINING


This is the most individualized and specific to an individual and their specific goals. You will complete a comprehensive movement screen to determine current fitness level as well as injury history and what your goals are and most importantly why these are your goals.

We will take this information and customize a program specific to each individual. We will primarily be focused on proper movement mechanics, lengthening and strengthening proper muscle groups, Joint stabilization and mobility and strength and power within these movements.

$65.00 per session

SEMI.png

SMALL GROUP + SEMI-PRIVATE TRAINING


This will be a minimum of 2 people and a maximum of 5 people in a session. This will be slightly less individualized of a program based on the increase in participants. We will go through a modified movement screen and identify common ailments or movement dysfunction and program based off of the group as a whole.

We will take this information and customize a program specific to the group. We will primarily be focused on proper movement mechanics, lengthening and strengthening proper muscle groups, Joint stabilization and mobility and strength and power within these movements.

Between $25.00 - $45.00 per session

TEAM TRAINING


This will be a minimum of 10 people to a maximum of 20 people. This will be tailored towards the group and not the individual. We will use a modified movement screen to determine any common ailments or movement dysfunctions. We will incorporate testing criteria to be measured every 4-6 weeks.

We will take this information and customize a program specific to the group. We will primarily be focused on proper movement mechanics, lengthening and strengthening proper muscle groups, Joint stabilization and mobility and strength and power within these movements.

Cost – Between $8.00 - $15.00 per session

AT ELEV802 WE ARE EXTREMELY FORTUNATE TO HAVE 2 ELITE STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING COACHES WORKING TOGETHER TO CREATE THE BEST SYSTEM FOR OUR HOCKEY CLIENTS.

Paul Goodman, the Head Strength and Conditioning Coach of the NHL’s Chicago Blackhawks, will develop all of the hockey programming for our hockey clients. ELEV802’s Head Strength Coach, Chris Line, will execute the daily plans. 

The combination provides our athletes with a safe, extremely challenging, and effective summer program from two outstanding hockey strength and conditioning coaches.
